Each summer, Chestertown sponsors a community-wide "Mutt Strutt." Dogs (and cats!) and their owners gather in Chestertown to walk the streets in style. Awards are given for best dressed and contests are held in Wilmer Park for even more prizes. This is a highlight reel from Mutt Strutt 2007.
